Moody Kitchen

Kitchen Remodels

Beautiful homes deserve beautiful kitchens. The Designer, LLC, Christine Lakas was able to work out a design that is not only beautiful but functional as well. The project turned out great and we had a blast working with the designer and homeowner to deliver her a new space to enjoy.

Barber House

Barber House

After an unfortunate fire accident totaled Mr. Barbers childhood home, our only option was to demolish the existing structure, rise from the ashes and build his new dream home. We always enjoy building new homes with old history. We were able to redesign and modernize his childhood home while integrating some details from his old home to keep connected to the past!

Rogers House

Rogers House

We learned long ago there is only one way to build a log cabin…fake it! This home is constructed like a traditional stick-built home. We then add log siding and cedar 1×12 and 1×8’s on the interior walls and ceilings to give the look, feel, and smell of a new log cabin. By doing this, it is more effective and efficient. For an example, you are able to avoid chink insulation and opt for a much higher efficacy bat or blown in option. This is one of the many reasons why we build our log homes the RCC way.
Lyons Garage

Lyons Garage

When your drive under garage simply isn’t big enough to work in, the next step is to build a new shop! By adding the garage addition, we were also able to frame in the existing garage doors to separate the addition and allow more available space for finished square footage.
Swain Garage

Swain Garage

Can you have enough storage space? We were able to create a serious “yard barn” for the Swains. They love their new garage and now have somewhere to park their camper and extra toys.

Maxwell Flooring

Renovation may take many forms; repainting rooms and walls, soundproofing, upgrading heating, air conditioning and ventilation, replacing sinks, cement based coatings , remodeling floors to the hardwood, for example, construction of new floors in a large storage building, the list is limitless.

Offermann Residence

Nestled in the beautiful countryside of East Tennessee, the Offermann family will soon be enjoying that new home smell. Because homes can be enjoyed from 50 to 100 years, it’s an advantage to want to be able to personalize your home with your own tile, flooring and appliance choices. In a new home, you can select virtually everything down to the knobs on your kitchen cabinets.

Cozy Conversion

Are you looking for a simple space for the kids to play in or to set up a home office? The attic can be an unclaimed portion of the home ready to be converted to bedrooms, baths, or even recreational rooms. Using your attic as a living space will be cheaper than adding an extra room to your first floor. Take a look at a recently finished attic space, that became a cozy sanctuary for a fun family.

JC Open Concept Kitchen

This homeowner came to us looking to modernize their kitchen while keeping some of its existing pieces. Because the cabinets were still in great shape, we were able to give them an elegant update by painting them and installing new hardware. We also installed a matching range hood. A dark subway tile backsplash and granite countertops worked beautifully with this kitchen by adding some contrasting colors.

Bathroom Remodels

A bathroom is often one of the smallest rooms in a home, yet one of the most complex when it comes time to remodel. From plumbing to wiring to ventilation to lighting to the right choice of materials and fixtures, there’s no question that successful projects require thoughtful planning and design, great communications and skilled craftsmanship. It’s what you can expect when you work with RCC Inc.

Ridges

New homes are built to meet current building codes, are often more energy efficient, and can incorporate up-to-date technology. For the first few years, you’re less likely to deal with big-ticket maintenance issues like leaky roofs or failing heating and cooling systems in a newly built home. Plus, many homebuilders offer a limited warranty if something should break.
